Terms and Conditions for HayatSecret Aroma V1.1

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between You ("User") and HayatSecret Aroma ("Company"). By accessing or using our Service, You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, discontinue using the Service immediately.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

• Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.

6. Products and Liability Disclaimer

You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Company before pursuing legal action.

11.2 Arbitration Clause

All disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with local arbitration laws. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and enforceable.

These Terms may be translated into other languages. In the event of a conflict, the original English version will prevail.

13. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service are non-confidential and become the sole property of the Company, which may use them for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.

14. Severability and Waiver

• Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall remain in effect.
• Waiver: The Company’s failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15. Amendments to Terms
