Cancellation & Refund Policies

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping:
  You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.
• After Shipping:
  Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund (see below).

Refund Policy

• Damaged or Defective Products:
  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
• Returns:
  Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Non-Refundable Items:
  Personalized or customized products, as well as items marked as non-refundable, cannot be returned or refunded.
